Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a newly formed theatre company. From 2014 through 2019she was the artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. The actress also worked for in the SSC as a producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director, and text-coach in addition to serving as Artistic Director. Though generally leading from within the ensemble of actors in her final year she was able to make her debut as director (and the lighting design) for SSC's King Lear. Other than acting she has been part of a range of games programs. In her early years her family lived in Walnut Creek with her siblings and poetry writer Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School, which she was a cheerleader. The school she attended was Pomona College. Post had previously been married Stephen Knox. Since 1982 she has been married to actor cum writer Michael A. Ross with who her two kids. Post is a great actress, as well as an ideal mother and wife has been a role model for numerous Hollywood celebrities.
